After over 10 years of teaching and applying different yoga traditions, meditation techniques and energetic healing methods, especially Hatha Yoga according to Swami Muktananda, Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan and the healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan, I have been through the spiritual world in the last few months I was introduced to the yoga of the new era step by step and was able to try it out on myself and those around me during this time, supplement it with my existing knowledge and now combine everything I had experienced in a completely new way.
