The short days and the wintry temperatures outside are an invitation to delve even deeper into the essence of our being inside, because far too often we focus our attention on the events of everyday life and usually overlook the miracle of our (conscious) being per se.

On the powerful day of Mary's Conception, as a symbol of the entry of light into earthly matter, we open a common space to delve deeper into the experience of human existence. After a short introduction to the topic, we walk the common path of true meditation in which we connect directly with the essence of our being. In doing so, we take the direct path to the actual essence of our being, often referred to as I AM or higher self.
