White Light Yoga

The focus of these (mostly) weekly yoga classes is based on Kundalini Yoga and the principles of Hatha Yoga according to Swami Satyananda. The focus of the content lies in the purification, strengthening and balancing of the physical and energetic body, the latter primarily concerns the work on the prana flow, on the chakras and nadis as well as on the activation and stabilization of the Kundalini energy.

At the end of the yoga practice we go through a guided WhiteLight Balancing process to prepare our physical and energetic bodies for the vibrations of the new age. This involves healing, realigning and activating the Lightbody and Kundalini, unifying the chakras within the new chakra system and activating your original Soul blueprint.
