Every year around this time we pause to connect with the energies of our ancestors and saints from the spiritual dimension. Also this year the coming days in November offer this opportunity and yet this year is a special one. From 1.11. until 11.11. 11 important portal days are lined up, the 1 stands for the (Great) Reset, a new beginning on all levels.
The yogic traditions suggest using the time around All SaintsDay and All SoulsDay to contemplate one´s death and the finitude of earthly existence. Usually a soul leaves the physical body at the end of its earthly journey to incarnate in a new body after a certain time of processing these experiences in the afterlife.
