WhiteLight Heart - Entering our innermost Being

In this 2.5 hour gathering we use the energy of the awakening spring and the energy of the double 4 of 4/4 to fully immerse ourselves in the center of our heart. 

The energy of the New Era is moving more and more away from the old 3rd dimensional structures that we have often experienced based on the twisted energies of the 3rd chakra (namely the energies of power, control and manipulation) and towards oneness of the 4th dimension and the expression of unconditional truthfulness of the 5th dimension. This new dimension of the New Era is characterized by (self) love, community, unity and the profound truth and veracity of our being. 

With an approx. 1.5-hour WhiteLight yoga and meditation practice, we devote ourselves entirely to our physical and energetic dimensions and focus entirely on activating, opening and realigning our heart center. Towards the end of the practice, we direct…
